Bug Music is proud to announce the signing of Tim & Bob. Growing up in Peoria, Illinois, Tim was raised on R&B through his father's band and was heavily influenced by pop radio, while Bob's deep roots in the church brought a wealth of gospel music to the duo. They initially got their start in Detroit, moved to Atlanta and honed their chops under the tutelage of Dallas Austin. They developed their signature sound and production style and have been some of the most in-demand and consistent urban producers in the last 16 years. Songs of theirs have appeared on more than 170 million albums and they continue to produce hits for some of the music industry's most accomplished artists. Some of the artists they've worked with include TLC, Monica, Boyz II Men, Sisqo, Jennifer Lopez, Brian McKnight, Nas, Musiq Soulchild, Brandy, Mya, Usher, Jamie Foxx and many others. Tim & Bob say "we have been fortunate to work with some of the best. One of the lessons we learned from Dallas, L.A Reid, and Jimmy and Terry is that those producers always defined what a radio hit is and what constitutes an album track, and they encouraged us to always experiment, but create our signature sound".
