Bug Mourns the Passing of Vic Chesnutt.

Vic Chesnutt, whose darkly comic songs about mortality, vulnerability and life’s simple joys made him a favorite of critics and fellow musicians, died Friday, December 25 in a hospital in Athens, Ga. He was 45 and lived in Athens. Chesnutt gave us plenty of beautifully poetic dark tinged songs. We at Bug had a long relationship with Vic. He will be sorely missed.
